Bonsai Trees
Bella Bonsai trees are shipped vis UPS on Mondays & Tuesdays. This prevents your bonsai from sitting in boxes for any extra time, or over a weekend.
If the forecast calls for extreme weather (hot or cold), we may delay shipping to guarantee a healthy arrival. If your order is held, we will contact you. We are shipping living bonsai trees and must be aware of temperature at the delivery address and while in transit.
We cannot ship to a FPO, APO, P.O. Box or to locations in Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or internationally.
We give your bonsai tree the best possible chance of reaching you alive and well. Prior to shipment, we will:
- Water your bonsai: to provide it has plenty of moisture during for the journey to you.
- Secure your bonsai: to protect the tree and help retain moisture during shipment the pot is securely wrapped and taped up,
- Package your bonsai: to keep it safe along the way we ship our bonsai trees in specialty corrugated boxes that keep the tree safe and secure without crushing it.
- Add extra packing material: If we feel it could potentially help protect or insulate your bonsai tree during shipment, we add packing peanuts around the tree.
We guarantee that the Bonsai we ship leave the nursery healthy, but weather and shipping services can have an impact on the condition your tree arrives in. If there are any issues upon your tree’s arrival, contact us immediately so we can intervene and do everything we can to save the Bonsai.
